Monday's Start

No flying today, but I was more motivated to do a few other things.  Washed our shower curtain and several other loads of laundry, cleaned up, got about an hour of exercise in, returned some phone calls and emails, worked on scheduling, got set up to do a BT-13 checkout done, just a lot of smaller things that I just hadn't gotten done yet.  For dinner we ate leftovers and enjoyed it.  Tomorrow I have a student if the weather holds out. That used to be 100% chance "no way" according to the forecast, but now...now it's a maybe. We shall see.  Then Wednesday is the BT-13 checkout if the weather holds out still.  All questionable.  But I'm going to at least fly the T-6 one more time before the end of the year too. It's been two months since I last flew it.  Can't let that much time go by when it's not even down for maintenance yet, but can't fly it just for fun, it's too expensive.  Last year I had more T-6 checkouts to do than this year, that kept me current, but now I'm just going to go up briefly to keep up my proficiency and currency as I do have three people who were wanting to do T-6 time coming up.  It's going to get too cold for it soon, or get too icy, so time, she's a ticking...
