This blog is going to get even more boring than normal, soon. At Oshkosh I used to title each day something like "The Oshkosh Chronicles Day One". I could do "The Kokomo Quarantine Day One", except what is that going to be like? "Worked on projects today. Did laundry. Redid laundry that wasn't dirty because...why not. Organized my dishes in alphabetical order by manufacturer name. Test licked all my stamps to see if the sticky would still stick if I licked them anyway. Went through my sock drawer and got rid of anything with holes or no matches. Thinking of learning another language. Of course the quarantine doesn't really start until tomorrow at 5 pm. So, only Fourteen more days to go."
Except has anyone noticed that the two weeks never really starts? Two weeks, my hiney. They are just the big government version of your parents saying "We're ten minutes out" when you whine "ARE WE THERE YET?"
They don't fool me.
