Baltimore

Yep, 4:45 a.m. wake-up call.  Clear morning.  Pretty sunrise.  Almost an approach into Baltimore but just barely good enough for a visual.  Joked with the line people and the FBO desk workers, who all know me by now.  Went to the restaurant on the river, and today I had a salad, but it was probably the best salad I've ever had.  It had lump crab meat and warm shrimp, huge chunks of cucumber and big tomatoes, and some local dressing that was killer.  Oh, and I had Crab "Fluffs", which is a big fried crab cake with a dipping sauce.  It was too good.  I was so full after eating it, that I decided to walk back to the FBO instead of call for the van.  I felt virtuous about this, because it is 1.3 miles away.  It was a nice day, which made for a nice walk.  When I got back to the FBO, I checked my phone, and my virtuous feeling kind of faded.  It had taken me a whopping 14 minutes to walk back.  I don't think I exactly burned off the crab fluff in 14 minutes.  Oh well, it's better than nothing.

While I was in Baltimore, Kaylee was texting me, and I kind of got a kick out of it.  She was asking me questions on editing/grammar/English, and I was helping a little.  Then she said "Where are you, anyway?"  I say "Baltimore".  She types in "Goooood morning, Baltimore!"  (Some of you may recognize that).  I think it's funny that it doesn't phase her no matter what state I say I'm in at any given time, and that I've helped with school work from all over the country via text.  :)

I know something came up that I was going to write about, but I can't remember what it was to save me. *sigh*

Well, I'll be up overly early again tomorrow morning, as I have to be down at Sheridan by 8 a.m. to fly in the back of the SNJ.  That is too early to be doing that.  Hope I'm awake.  ;)

My clearance out of Baltimore.  We got the Westminster 5 arrival in, and this out.
