I didn't have any trips today, so it was good to be home. I went and got my hair cut. It had gotten so long that she took 3" off the back. It feels much lighter now.

Steve worked outside and next door while I caught up on TV shows and responded to two guys who want to get T-6 checkouts done for the CAF. In order for me to do that, I have to be current for the CAF again, which means I have to take a T-6 checkride. I'm doing that tomorrow afternoon. Not sure how that's going to go in all and I'm not actually looking forward to it, but I am looking forward to finally being current again. Then I can fly Nella again, or do more CAF checkouts. They all require 10 hours, and we charge $900/hr for the block rates, so you can do the math. It's hard work, and not very relaxing, but it pays enough to help cover the costs of the plane and a bit for my own pain and suffering.
