AB wanted picked up at 4 pm central time, so I landed at 1 pm so Stephanie and I could have several hours to catch up. She was there when I walked in, and we hugged, and it was so good to see her. I placed a fuel order, told them we'd be departing at 4 pm, and left with Stephanie to go to Scooters, a coffee place, where we just sat and talked for awhile. My phone went off a couple times but I ignored it, until it went off a couple more times and I saw on my watch a line from Morgan that said "unless he has a twin" and I told Stephanie, "wait a second, I need to check my phone". AB had texted me that he'd be there in 20 minutes at 1:45 and I hadn't seen it. Morgan texted me that she thinks he just walked in unless he has a twin. He was more than 2 hours early, had followed the plane on FlightAware and when he saw I was early, and he was done already too, he just was ready to leave early. Stephanie raced me back to the airport, I paid for the fuel, she and I took a couple of selfies, and it was time to go home.
Weather was fine, we landed at Frankfort and dropped him off, and then we went to Marion, where I dropped her off to pick up the Meridian and bring it back to Frankfort for a Monday trip in it out of there. We both went back to Frankfort, dropped off the Meridian, picked her up and flew back to Kokomo to put the Cheyenne away for the night. Steve, Kaylee and Chuck went to Outback, so he brought back a steak for me for dinner too.
I got here, and had a bunch of receipts and billing to catch up on, emails I was way behind on, all sorts of stuff. It's now 10 pm and I juuuust now think I've caught up. I think.
I have photos from the last several trips, so I'll go back in history and add those, and these from today.
One thing I have to comment on from these pics of me and Stephanie. She was always tiny, but she has PCOS and gained a lot of weight. I also have gained a lot of weight, so no room to talk here. But when we took pictures, I took a couple and she took a couple, and she took them from below. I saw them and said "GIRL, you have GOT to not shoot selfies from below! This is bad!" We were laughing so hard.
I like this too. :D
The one I took. And then...
BAM!
The ones she took
The ones she took
Nooooooooo
Morgan and I did a Be Real out our window at each other. This is me of her in the Meridian
And her of me in the Cheyenne
