Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois

Still coughing like a mother over here, to the point where your head hurts every time you cough, feels like you're putting pressure on your brain. :p  But I otherwise don't feel bad. Just a little easily fatigued, which is appropriate for the conditions, ala waking up at 5 am when also already not 100%.

We were off the ground at dark, headed to Ames, Iowa. Two hours there, I wasn't hungry so I didn't eat anything yet. Next stop was Medford, Wisconsin. It was frigid there, and there's nothing there. We were only supposed to be there 1 hour, so I didn't take the crew car and get anything. It wasn't until 2.5 hours later we actually DID leave, so I shoulda gone into town to the diner, but I didn't know I wouldn't be leaving at any moment. So it goes. ;) Ran over to Rochelle, Illinois next, and dropped off two guys, didn't even get out of the plane myself.  Flew from there back to Frankfort and dropped the last two guys off. A little over a 10-hour day. 

On the way home I stopped at Culver's to eat for the first time, and drove home in the dark just like I'd left home in the dark. I hate winter...
