Weekend Update

Saturday we moved a lot of stuff out of Kaylee's old apartment, and then cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, cleaned out the fridge, all the stuff. We took one Jeep load of packed up boxes, and all that is left now is furniture. Bed/mattress/frame, make-up table thing with mirror, a couple of big lights, shelves, kitchen table. Steve's going to probably rent a little U-Haul van for $20 and do one load to get the rest of that big stuff. She now has quite a few more boxes to unpack next door.

Molly cuddled with her all night, under the blanket, fell asleep on her lap in the rocking chair, and Kaylee was pleased with it although she kept getting woken up from it, which I thought was funny, ironic, and payback.  But today, Kaylee was gone to work all day, and when she got home, Molly isn't cuddling with her much, is staying up front, is vocalizing in a way that Kaylee says sounds like she's upset. I don't know if she's just complaining or what, but I'm guessing she'll settle in.  She's only been here 1 week and she's a 4-year-old cat with history. I think she's doing great so far.

Sunday I didn't do anything but house stuff, and today was a 6:30 am wake-up call for an easy day. I took Cameron and Ethan to Clermont County, Sporty's, so those two could pick up the Cherokee Six and do some flying in it on the way home.  After I dropped them, I flew on over to William's County so Fortner could do an oil change on both engines, and do the required exhaust inspection. I went into town and ate at "Blueberry Hill", a little diner, and then went back to the FBO and waited. It was overcast, grey, gusty and windy. A cold, nasty, dreary day in Ohio. At least in Indiana it was windy but sunny.

Steve and I met for dinner, and I've been working the rest of the evening on scheduling stuff, billing stuff, catching up on communications I was a week behind on, that stuff. Tomorrow I was supposed to go to Sarasota to pick up Caleb in the Meridian, but that trip was canceled, so I don't have anything on tap for tomorrow. Wednesday is MBros to W. Virginia, Thursday is Ethan's guy to Alabama.
