Steve and I loaded up some stuff for Kaylee's apartment. An end table, her vanity from her room, some stuff she needed. Then Steve got out a box, and I put some little Christmas things in there for her to lightly decorate up her apartment. She even put some lights around one of her apartment windows. Steve took all that stuff out to her apartment while I stayed home, and I put up our tree. Steve got all the stuff out of the garage, and I put it all up. Our tree this year has a hand made tree skirt, and the ornaments are only airplanes, angels or things with wings, a snowflake or two, and gold balls. Those balls are so old the color is tarnished and the boxes are falling completely apart. I also would like bigger, warmer white lights, or warmer colored lights, instead of the super bright, cold white LED ones. We need some new decorations of that type, man. But not this year. I said that last year too. Maybe this year after Christmas is over I'll stop by the sales and get some new warmer lights and new brighter balls. ;)
I got all the boxes back out into the garage and Steve put them away when he got back from Kaylee's. I have a few presents to wrap, not many, but I ran out of steam before I got that done. I watched a little football, tried to take a nap (unsuccessfully), and Steve and I started watching "Reacher". It's a TV Series (Amazon Prime I think) based off a book series by Lee Child. I always loved the books, and they've done a great job with the series. Tom Cruise did one too, a movie I think, but Tom Cruise was not the Reacher in my head. THIS guy, this guy is Reacher. It's good.
I'm supposed to fly in the morning with a student, but we have a forecast of 35 knot wind gusts, 2 miles visibility, marginal ceilings, moderate turbulence, and oh yeah, snow showers. Beautiful. Guessing this poor guy and I won't be flying...
