It was a long day. We didn't leave Illinois until sunset, unexpectedly being there many more hours than expected. The good thing about that is that we had a beautiful flight home, sun going down out the right side. The bad news is that I flew home low enough to stay under Chicago's Bravo airspace, so our cell phones were still working, and Steve started getting texted by Ann's caregiver Shirley. Ann didn't want her there, was trying to kick her out, even going out to grab the key to the house so she could lock Shirley out of the house. Shirley got her somewhat calmed down from that, but Ann still didn't want her there, and worked herself up to feeling sick. It had already been a long day, and now it was longer. We got home as fast as we could, and sat and talked to Shirley for an hour, while Ann sat in her chair and didn't feel good, mostly from all the anxiety and angst. By now it was like 7 something pm, and Steve and I hadn't eaten since our brunch this morning, so we finally made it home and I made some eggs, in a wrap with mozzarella cheese and sliced green olives. It kind of hit the spot. I'd have liked a bottle of wine to go with it, but don't need to wake up with a bad headache tomorrow.
Tomorrow morning I meet with the attorney for the first time regarding being added to the lawsuit against us. So Steve and I are going in, where I'll officially hire the same guy to represent me as is representing Steve, and go over whatever it is we go over on an initial meeting. So, that's fun too.
So here are the pretty photos from the flight home on this Monday.

The Aerostar as viewed out the window of the FBO there all Christmassy
This is the end of the runway. LOTS of traffic and cars and not a lot of room. Short-ish runway for a twin.
Sunset Stuff from here on out.
I turned the opposite way to get this photo while Steve was on his phone, put it in a 60 degree bank on the way back around, he never looked up until I rolled out on the track for home when he shot me a "yeah, I see you" look. lol
Sunset panel shots
Beautiful scenery out the window and he's texting with the nurse
