It was a beautiful sunny day, which made it tougher to enjoy the fact we had to be indoors in the hangar doing six hours of groundschool. This week it was "CRM", or Crew Resource Management, or "Safety" training. Some good videos, some decent conversations, and we did get the full six hours in at least. We had donuts for breakfast, pizza for lunch, typical fat pilot fare. I didn't go overboard, and for dinner I had grilled tilapia and rice, so...not too bad.
The guys put Skeletor in the front seat of the T-6 for the next time I walked back there, with his bony fingers on the throttle, which also cracked me up. I like that little dude. I want to put him in the back seat and take him up flying, put a Go Pro on him, and capture some still shots of him upside down. Or something fun like that.
Tonight we "Spring Forward", so at least it'll be light later again. It's starting to feel more like Spring. I'll take it.
