The days keep flying by. (Ha ha).
The T-6 guy did indeed want to go up in the gusty crosswinds, and he did a good job with them. I enjoyed that, actually.
Tomorrow is Friday, and we have the Marion Fly-In's Friday evening thingy tomorrow. Saturday I do rides at Marion and hopefully the weather holds out. I had people the usual non-stop yesterday, and last night both Steve and I slept terribly. I was awake most of the night and no idea why. Just was. So I finally fell asleep after 6:20 am sometime...and my alarm went off at 7:20 a.m. I dragged out of bed and did my 8-10 am and 10-12 flight students. Went to lunch with Steve, came back and took the monitor off of Ann and ran it back to the hospital, stopped for a drink, and then came home and started working on stuff and tried not to sleep so that I'll sleep tonight. My last guy canceled which I wasn't sorry for at all.
So far tonight I emailed a guy about a formation card class out in California. I emailed a guy about a seaplane rating in Michigan. I emailed a guy about becoming an examiner for tailwheel Sport/Private. I'm on a roll.
Haven't heard a lot from Kaylee, other than the occasional "I love you" text. :)
I'm going to crawl in bed now that it's 10:55 pm and hope I stay asleep allllll night long.
