As usual what was supposed to be, wasn't. My student that moved on to another instructor meant that my morning was free. I was going to write a couple emails and maybe take the T-6 back up, but then Steve asked me at 8 am to take his 10 am student, as he had something come up, so I did that. Right after lunch I had a new student's first lesson. Ran Kaylee around, then back out for an evening lesson. It was really surprisingly hot and muggy out today. It's been so nice I wasn't expecting the humidity and heat. Remind me to check what tomorrow's weather is supposed to be...
The evening student finally dialed in on landings, made several nice ones in a row. He left super excited, so that's always a great thing.
I got a text today asking if I could take a trip tomorrow, so I'll be doing that. It should be a good one. I'm hoping the ceilings lift early enough for me to take the T-6 up and practice a few things before I forget them, and then I go on the trip at 11:30. I'll be there in time for lunch, and have a few hours on the ground. Fortunately I didn't have to move any students.
Well, having trouble concentrating so I'll go...
