Kaylee's voice teacher (Mrs. R) asked the choir director (Mrs. E), with whom she is friends, about Kaylee's audition and singing. Mrs. R said that Mrs. E said that the audition went really well, but that the solo was going to go to a Senior. Which is understandable. She also asked Mrs. E if there was anything she needed to work with Kaylee on as far as vocally, and Mrs. E said no, Kaylee's doing great. So that was encouraging to Kaylee.
The trip to Turks and Caicos is off, alas. There was no availability of rooms for the time frame in which they had available to go, other than one place for $25,000 for the four days. Yeah, yowzers. So, my passport waits for some other day and place in which to be broken in.
Now, to watch Bunker Hill, take a sleeping pill, and wait to get sleepy. :)
