Cinco

Kaylee stayed home from school again; her throat was still sore but she's eating again and is much perkier.  She'll probably go back to school tomorrow and get to start playing catch-up on homework.

I flew five times today, four of them in the C-172 with Primary students, once in the 340.  My first flight was at 9:30 a.m. and was with a checkride prep guy.  I got a break for lunch, then flew from 1-3 pm, 3:00-3:30 pm, 3:30-5:30 pm, and 5:30-7:30 pm.  It was a busy day out at the airport; people were everywhere.  It was also really bumpy after the first flight, and primary students aren't very smooth on the controls, so I spent most of the day in uncoordinated flight bouncing up and down, yawing left and right, big pitch and roll and yaw changes while the turbulence didn't help anyone.  If I were the type to get motion sick easier, 7 hours of being tossed around with someone flying jerkily might do it.  ;)

Tomorrow's weather will crap out on me, but that's okay, because at this point if I don't catch up on laundry and dishes we may have to buy more...
