Restless Weekend

I don't know what it is, but this has been a weekend filled with twitchiness, and not just mine. Or mine was catching, I don't know. Today I ran two errands I didn't need to run yet, just to get out of the house. I could have finally taken the Citabria out of a still damp Glenndale but I didn't feel like flying, either, on this beautiful, sunny day. Last night I was awake until 3 a.m. just because I was too keyed up to go to sleep. I actually was twitchy enough that today I exercised on purpose and then proceeded to embark on a cleaning spree including steam cleaning the carpet in the back room. Normally cleaning is not on my list of things I want to do when I don't know what I want to do, but Kaylee got caught up in it, and has since insisted on mopping the kitchen, taking out the trash, dusting all the wood in the house, putting away all the clean dishes I did, and doing a load of laundry. So far. I told her if she wanted something to do, she should clean her room, and she said "Not THAT kind of cleaning, Mom! I don't like that kind!" So she's spent several hours doing chores that are usually mine, and she's been quite happy about the whole thing. Something's wrong with that girl. ;)
