Kaylee did not fall out of the top bunk bed, and she enjoyed the adventure of sleeping that high off the ground. She asked if she could have her own bunk bed. (Um, no.)
I ended up going to bed at 10:18 p.m. that time zone last night, and waking up prior to 6 a.m. that time zone. That is very, very wrong, on both ends. :)
When I to the Cape Girardeau airport this morning, it was obvious that there is a lot of construction going on in there that is new, and it actually looks really professional and good in there. However, there is one change that I had a bit of a problem with. I walked into the women's restroom, and instead of the two stalls that were there previously, there was just one toilet. No problem, until I walked around the corner and found two toilets sitting side by side...with no walls, no stalls, just two toilets sitting there. Yeah, I don't think so.

So let's see. Today I started in Missouri, stopped off in Indiana, went up to Michigan, and ended up back in Indiana. Yep, that's fairly normal for us. ;)
Oh, when I walked in the door of the house when coming back from Michigan, the place was a disaster-much more so than how I left it. Apparently Kaylee decided she wanted to "trash the place" (her words) as a joke to get to me. It worked, I walked in and thought "Good GRIEF!" Clothes on the floor, pillows strung all over, the Wii going and just making noises non-stop, books and papers and pencils lying all over the place, the kitchen sink stopped up with sitting water, the bathroom with toilet paper strung all around it, toys scattered on the floor. She enjoyed my eyebrows-up reaction, but didn't enjoy as much picking it all back up. ;)
Kaylee has also started playing my "Brain Age" game for her Nintendo DS. She's actually enjoying doing it, which kind of amazes me. It's an adult game that includes word scrambles, math, all sorts of stuff. She was mad at how 'old' her brain was, but we told her it's asking her things over her age level, and she's doing great just to play it in the first place. She likes it, and played it most of the way home in the plane, too.
Hmm, I do have a few pictures up on the bottom half of that page too. Tomorrow the California Crew leaves at 7 a.m. in the Baron, to be back probably Sunday, and...that's all I can think of in the news department!
