Almost Pennsylvania

Well, didn't really expect that one. I stayed up until midnight swapping around between all the major channels. CNN, MSNBC, Fox, News Nation, etc, and then had to get to bed for today. It was certainly a fascinating watch, and honestly, just about everybody I saw was doing a good job of just reporting the facts and providing more information than hysteria or anything. It was almost refreshing, ALMOST like it used to be before elections became a step away from the next Civil War.

6:30 am this time, headed to Steubenville, OH with Nick. All the way there I monitored "Guard", and it was a little lively this morning. A lot of pilots keying up with comments, snippets of songs, all sorts of stuff. It was a busy morning. Hope nobody actually had an emergency and needed to use Guard for its intended purpose...

I had to shoot an approach into Steubenville, more gusty crosswinds (tis the season). We were there 2.5 hours or so before he was done and it was time to head home. But that's on the edge of Pennsylvania, so it was a long flight home, especially with a 50 knot headwind.

Kaylee had a rough day with her boss, so I talked to her some, and brought Steve home some dinner, and then spent the rest of the evening catching up on everything from today, and getting ready for everything for tomorrow.

Tomorrow will include a 4:30 am wake-up call, and 5 stops in Missouri. St. Louis, Kennett, Neosho, and Kansas City.

Gooood night!
