Steve had two lessons today, got blown around the pattern fiercely, but got done what he needed to. Most of our instructors were up today, too. They've grown a lot in the last few months. :)
I slept in until about 7:30 am, took my time getting ready, and took some lunch out to Steve at the airport before going to Meijer and grabbing some supplies.
When I got home, after putting everything away, I did some research and some clean up, and then juiced a pitcher's worth of stuff. I still juice every now and then, I just do it differently. It's a fair amount of work, so rather than just do a little at a time, I wait awhile, then do a bunch all at once and put it in the fridge where I can drink on it for a few days. The juicing is still good for you. So I use green apples, carrots, celery and radishes. It still tastes good that way. It takes me almost an hour to clean the fruits/veggies, juice them, clean up the juicer, and put everything away. That's why I want to do a big batch all at once. I'm lazy.
As far as the "how Laura's feeling" paragraph. When I woke up, I could feel some stiffness and soreness, but it wasn't bad, and as soon as I got up and took two steps, I felt good. Usually in the mornings I walk stiffly and jerkily for a little while. I was awake and alert all day, even doing things that normally wipe me out like shopping. I got done on the floor and got back up, and was able to do it. Before, it would hurt when I bent my legs like that. Sitting at the computer desk, I started to use my arms to get up, like normal, then just used my legs, and could, without pain. I really do feel better, clearer and stronger, still. I will probably continue not wearing the watch at night, and just be more mindful of things. I was sort of excited to feel this good two days in a row. It's been rare, for awhile. I'm usually just...tired. All the time. If my headaches decrease again, I'll be even happier.
Going to try to get some sleep tonight for tomorrow's early morning and high stress activities.
