Sunday morning we were back out at the airport early, setting up tables and chairs and leftover free ice cream, for our Young Eagles event. We had 91 kids pre-register to come to the event, so we had a bunch of pilots and planes on the ramp ready to go. The day went a lot more slowly than expected, with only half of the kids actually coming, but we still got to do about 50 young eagle rides. It was a hot day, but a good one. I didn't really take any photos. Glenn O took Morgan and Isabel up in the Bonanza for a fun ride, and they were all aglow after that.
The rest of the day the guys tore down everything, put stuff away, and my internet friends Mimi and Willie headed off to Pennsylvania to meet with another internet friend, Keith, then on to New Jersey to drop off Willie, then down to N. Carolina where she came from.
Not as much to talk about on Sunday, or it's already fading from my memory. I have Saturday's airshow to write about, and a lot of pictures, and that'll catch me up. ;)
