Thursday's trip was super smooth and easy. We left on time at 9 am, there wasn't a cloud in the sky, Kevin slept in the back all the way there, which was like an hour and 45 minutes, approach was busy but not insane, just two full clearance re-routes, ;), and we got in and out, no problem. If you're going to have a trip, that's the nicest kind to have. Interesting, good views of New York City, music to listen to, no weather to plan around, good company, and just...a nice day. We dropped off Kevin, got gas, I talked on the phone to Kaylee who needed talked down as she was quite upset (more on that later), and then we turned around and came right home, and we were back in time for a late lunch. New York and back by lunch. Not. Shabby, folks.
The rest of the day other than stops next door, I think I mostly packed and prepared for the weekend. I can't remember what else I did that day. Too much time has passed and I have slept since then. ;)
