Thursday

I woke up this morning with a low grade headache, a scratchy throat, and a runny nose.  So then you play the game of "Is This Allergies, A Cold, or COVID?"  I took the allergy pill and a Tylenol (or two) and shortly thereafter felt much better, so Allergies won the game for today.

It's been so beautiful outside.  I managed to not have any flights this morning somehow, so I did things like get gas in my car, stop at Panera for Ann, go to UPS and ship off a headset I'd borrowed, and get some official paperwork notarized, witnessed and signed.

This afternoon was a nice flight, and then we had our EAA chapter meeting.  It was only attended by like 15 people, which surprised me.  Steve said later we didn't really put it out to the club, which is probably why we didn't have many in attendance.  Chuck said people were still afraid.  I called baloney on that one, nobody's been afraid any other get-together.  ;)  Then I saw that Glenndale had like 5-6 airplanes out flying around at that same time, so I said...now I know where they went.  They just didn't want to go to Kokomo for the meeting.  Fine, we enjoyed the hot dogs, chips, cookies, and our own company just fine.  lol

Kaylee went shopping for college stuff today.  She has a mirror, a carpet/rug square, a larger trash can (her other one was too small and required too much emptying), a different laundry basket, some festive plastic dishes, and I'm not sure what else.  She has tomorrow to pack up and get everything ready, and part of Saturday.  Schools and colleges all over are getting shut down as students aren't smart enough to not get together in large groups, party, and post photos and videos of it.  I hope IWU holds out and the kids there are intelligent enough to at least...not post it if they do stuff.  lol

It's a bummer I have someone at 8:30 am tomorrow.  I wish she'd bump back to 9.  8:30 is just about 30 minutes too early when it means I have to get up at 7 instead of 7:30.  That 7 is just a smidge too early.  ;)
