Sunday Off

I think it's going to rain a lot today.  I'm going to do the usual catch up on house stuff, and the usual sit around a lot.  Sundays help me recuperate.  I did, however, wake up early, and finally just decide to get up at 5:30 am while it was still dark.  I finally went to bed around 11 pm, and I guess I don't sleep more than about 6 hours without my system thinking something is wrong.  It's wrong that it's 8:30 am and I've been up and at it for 3 hours already.  :p

Nothing from Kaylee other than a quick text that she loves and misses me.  Ditto, kiddo.  :)

My electronic logbook sends me a report at the end of every month.  I find the information mildly interesting, even if I'd never have sought it out on my own.

So for August,
20 hours multi
74 hours single
5 instrument approaches,
23 hours tailwheel
67 hours instructing
94 hours total time in a month

For year to date so far, other more interesting stuff.
710 landings
21 Instrument approaches
Logged 225 flights
Flew 20 days in a row
Longest flight was 7.8 hours
Farthest flight was 1,376 miles
Different aircraft flown was 25
Distinct models flown was 20

And I won a badge for "Airport Tourist" for visiting 200 airports.  lol

The rest of the pictures from Marion that I've seen so far...

Jon and I doing a fly-by before we headed home. I like how you can see in the cockpit.

Another angle of flying by at the end of the day.
