I had a flight today, almost two hours with a fellow going up for the first time. His dad is actually the base commander at Grissom, but he himself lives in Atlanta, and is up here visiting, and needs to get 10 hours flight time in within the next 7 days. So we started today in the Cub, and he really enjoyed it. He said he was going to get up in a small plane and see if he even liked it before knowing where to progress. Well, he liked it all right. The takeoff scared him a little bit, and then he got in the groove. When we landed, he laughed and said it was exhilarating. He says he'll be back. Next up he's in the C-172 at Kokomo, which will be much less interesting, but a good perspective anyway. ;)
It's a full day tomorrow so I still don't have time to go into some things. But here's a photo of Kaylee and some of the group heading to church this morning. And pictures from the Cub.
She's purty. I'll be sad when I don't really have access any more, in about October/November. The owner comes back for good and it won't need exercised any more by me. *sniff*
