Monday's Meetings

First thing this morning I went with Justin H in the RG over to Aurora to pick up the 340.  Over there the clouds were 800 scattered, 6 miles visibility,  mist/light rain, so we shot the RNAV 27 in.  I flew the 340 home, and what we went there to fix seems to be appropriately fixed, so that's good.

Then it was an evening of meetings.  I had a meeting for Kaylee's Senior Spring Fling, the event that four of us moms are responsible for putting on for the entire Senior class as their last shin-dig at the school, on graduation night.  10 pm - 2 am, four hours, nobody is supposed to leave.  It's designed to keep the new graduates from going out and drinking and partying elsewhere.  If they stay they get some big prizes, up to things like iPads, stuff like that.  Every one of them.  It's kind of wild.  But I'm in charge of chaperones and entertainment, heaven help us all.

I had to leave that meeting a bit early to get to my next meeting, a school board meeting for the Christian school.  We have a problem board member and six problem four-year-olds.  These four-year-olds are little terrors in the class, and even the school. When the mom of the ringleader was told, she thought it was funny, what he was up to.  The teacher can't handle them. She was in tears the other day.  They laughed at her when she tried to verbally chastise them.  Four-year-olds.  This is why I'm not a teacher.  The little bullies, I couldn't just keep letting it go like is happening now.  In fact I'd like to go in there tomorrow and have a chat with the little fellas.  :(

Tomorrow is voting day.  I'm curious to see how this goes and what will come of it.

I'm tired tonight, but tomorrow's weather won't allow for flying, most likely, so I may have the day off.  I have some things to fix online, PayPal going to the proper bank account, Amazon Smile going to the proper bank account, SMA Support stuff...always stuff to do!

The 340 on top of the clouds this morning.
