Weekend

The Airshow was canceled because of weather, in the end.

I still have two things booked for several days.  Tomorrow I'm supposed to fly all day with someone from Michigan, plus Kaylee needs to be taken to Angola for her week at Girl's State.  If we drive it'll take 5 hours plus, but Steve would need to do it himself.  If we fly it'll take 1 hour plus, but I'd need to do it, based on available planes, which means I need to push back the guy coming from MI to fly with me.  Kaylee has a friend who wants to meet for breakfast before they head up there too.  Not sure if she's going to want to fly with us, drive by herself, or what (the friend, not Kaylee).

So, not sure what we're doing tomorrow yet.  Like everything else, it'll work out.

Today was the airshow that wasn't, and so far we only know of one family who drove out there thinking it was happening.  We tried to blitz the media that it wasn't to prevent that.  So instead a guy wanted me to fly with him in his airplane, which was in Illinois, but was supposed to be delivered by 8 am. So he set a time to fly at 11.  Then the pilot delivering it was out till 3 am, so got a late start, but maybe 11 would work anyway. Except the weather kept the clouds too low.  So, no go in the end.

Tonight we're going to Steve's marching band reunion...
