Sickie

Kaylee woke up this morning with a fever, feeling terrible, congested, the whole ball of wax.  I didn't wake up  until 10 am and I felt like crap too.  Fortunately the weather was bad, so my flights for the day were canceled for reasons other than my bad health.  Whatever Kaylee has now is worse than before, and she feels really awful.

Tomorrow we're supposed to bring snacks for Kaylee's church youth group.  So today I had to go to the store to get a bunch of boxes of cereal, and milk, and gluten-free cereal, and almond milk.  No kidding.  In a small group there are vegetarians, gluten-allergic, and lactose intolerant.  Anyway.   But now Kaylee is going to be too sick to go tomorrow.  So I have to take the cereal, milk, bowls, etc. out to her church, without her, set it up, wait for them to eat, clean it all up, and leave.  Bah Humbug.  :p  The kids wanted to do a "cereal bar", with options of different cereals.  Different, but okay, I can deal with that.  :)

I've been working on a C-340 training program via PowerPoint.  We have to submit a potential training program to the insurance company, and if they approve, we'll be able to do our own (and other's) annual recurrent training in the airplane, saving us a couple thousand dollars.  So that would be nice.  The PowerPoint is 320 pages/slides long.  Mmmm

One more day off and hoping this bug passes from everyone soon...
