I think age 45 is that, anyway. :)
I was awake early, somewhat to my dismay, since I didn't have to get up early. Ran to the bank to sign some paperwork, went out to the office early to fold statements and mail them out, and had lunch with the group. My 1:30 student came out to eat lunch with us, and then we went flying. And it was rough up there. And cold. But really rough. There was constant light to moderate turbulence, some of it tossing you up to the ceiling. It made for a rough day for pre-private pilot people to do maneuvers. I had the 1:30-3:30 guy, then 3:30-5, then 5-7. Each one was cold, windy, and turbulent, but everybody got done what they wanted to get done, so that worked out.
Kaylee had school until 4:30, Steve picked her up and took her to the store to grab a birthday present for her friend Abby, then took her to her party tonight. We all met up at 8:30 pm and went out to a steak dinner, and I got some cheesecake for dessert too, because, I call the birthday card. :)
A small toast of Macallan's to end the evening on a lovely note.
And so starts Year 45.
