I am making up a certificate to give to Kaylee as an award for best chicken costume. It's silly, but it'll make her smile, anyway, and that's a goal of mine. ;)
Where we normally eat lunch, they had cut up too much turkey the night before, so they had a bunch of turkey specials. Turkey, dressing, potatoes, gravy, and a roll, for $6.99. They had three plates left, so I ate one, and you know what, it was a great precursor for Thanksgiving. It was really good! Too many calories, but good.
Tonight was my school board meeting. I haven't made it for like 3 months in a row thanks to trips that kept coming up, but tonight I finally did make it. It's a tough one, always the first Monday of the month, and Monday night isn't usually the time you want to have a late night meeting on top of a day's work, before you're back in the groove from the weekend, but that's how it goes.
I've just got a few things I need to work on, nothing exciting...
