The family is here! Everyone arrived within about 2 hours of each other. But before they got here, we just had a few things to straighten up first. Steve decided he wanted Kaylee to straighten up her closets and put stuff where it belongs, but this job was a serious thing to start in on the day you have company coming. So I decided to help her, and if we're going to do it, go all out and do it. So I took everything out of both of her closets, and we started from scratch. Do you want to throw this away, give it to someone else, save it somewhere else for posterity, or keep it out. That went for every piece of clothing in her closet (we got rid of two more bags of clothes) as well as her stuff (we threw away one trash bag worth of stuff and gave away a bunch of toys that were too young for her now to someone who will appreciate it all a lot. We had a HUGE mess in the middle of her floor. We finally got it finished up shortly after Grandma and Grandpa Chiles arrived. Her room is quite in order now, and I don't want her to mess it up. ;)
The Cherries arrive a couple of hours later, and we made up these pizzas we had all bought for Kaylee's school fundraiser. They were...okay. But they were cheap and we got rid of them tonight. ;) We also had salad and celery with cream cheese just to put a vegetable out there too, you know.
