THIS was such a sad, poignant story. For a re-cap, an 8-year-old boy is in a trailer with his family, sleeping. He wakes up and the trailer is on fire. He gets six other people awake and out of the house safely, and then realizes his grandfather, whom he was very close to, was still inside. His aunt tried to stop him, but he ran back into the badly burning trailer to try to save his grandfather, who was disabled. He was found a few feet from his grandfather. Another article had said he was found on the bed with his grandfather. There was no way he could have gotten his grandpa into a wheelchair and out of there... Still, he died trying to save his grandpa, and he was buried as an honorary firefighter, with over 100 firefighters coming to his service. Eight years old...
Nothing of import to report over here. Just worked on a few things, went a few places, did a few chores, spent another day...
