We had a pretty large gathering of Indian Hills and Glenndale folks at lunch today, then went our own ways. Steve went to go do some work, some of the guys went off to work on putting an airplane back together, some went to work, some had errands to run. I went out to Kokomo, where Jon & Cusick (easier than saying Steve C) helped me pull out the C-340, the Cheyenne, and the T-6. The Six needed to be run up, and it actually did need that--it took a few minutes to settle in and run smoothly and warm up completely. After this, the standard rule applies--if you're going to go to all that effort to pull it out and start it up, you might as well take it up. I wasn't up very long; it ran great, felt like home.

We went over to Frankfort and met up with a friend, had dinner at a new place, ate too much, and had an enjoyable evening.
The nice day is over; tomorrow it's back to work in the rain, clouds and wind, to St. Louis...
