Friday Funness

Nathan had some friends in town this weekend, and took the opportunity to show them hospitality our style. Steve made a Meat Market run and I made a store run, while Tre baked up some delicious potatoes and desserts and Judy brought her famous banana pudding and a terrific relish plate. We had two tables full of food when it was time to eat. But before we got to the food, we had to do some flying first.

Nathan took up his friend Chuck in the Mustang while I took up Di in the T-6. We did some formation flying for awhile and they took pictures of each other back there, plus I ran the helmet video camera. Then we split up and did a little fun flying, met back up and flew formation back into Kokomo. A quick break and we swapped riders, and Chuck went with me and Di with Nathan. More formation, more separate canyon flying above/around clouds and, met back up over Converse and came back in formation again. Everyone had a great time, including the pilots. That never gets old...the sight of the Mustang right up close and personal is just a beautiful thing. :)

Then it was time...time to do what we actually do best...
EAT!

We stayed until the sun went down, then dragged home tired and happy...
