That bright orb in the sky? That was the sun! We saw it briefly for the first time in ages today, and even though the outside temp was still quite chilly, it was nice. Sometime around lunch it clouded over, and shortly thereafter we started getting more snow. But for a little while there was a big bright light to enjoy. :)Driving Kaylee home from Awanas tonight, we passed a police car. She said "We saw him out our classroom window, and he's been there forever!" I jokingly asked her if she thought it was me who was pulled over, and she responded seriously "Oh no, for one thing I could see the shape of the car, and for another thing, you're much too good of a driver for that." Hehehe. Thank you!
One thing that's kind of neat-there's a young girl with SMA in the movie "Extraordinary Measures". Her name is Kiley, and she's in the scene where Crowley brings in the families to meet the researchers. I don't know her personally, I just know someone who knows her. Still kind of neat. :)
