I've spent today working on a lot of things that I'd fallen behind on over the months. My emails are down to the 30s in my inbox now, which is pretty good for me. :) I ended up driving all over town for various things and working on a lot of airport stuff on the computer...none of it exciting, but all of it necessary. I've got a good amount more to do this evening, probably while I watch NCIS. I love laptops and wireless networking systems. :)
Kaylee and I went to dance a little early so we could stop and have a scoop of ice cream and sit and chat a bit. It's a beautiful day outside for once, and I wish I could take her out to a park or something, but it's not meant to be today, any more than the T-6 flying I'd liked to have gotten in. Her Fall Break is coming up and maybe we'll get a good day then. Plus this weekend we may be hanging out at at the airport some so she'll get lots of good outdoor time there--if the weather cooperates, that is...
Ann (my mother-in-law) has been ill for quite awhile now, so any prayers for her would be appreciated!
