And...We're Back

I had to get up at 7 a.m. for a flight this morning, and I was still on Chicago time when I went to sleep around 1 a.m. It wasn't a very long night's sleep-I woke up at 6 on my own. I drove to Sheridan, flew the 172 back to Glenndale, had a good lesson with someone doing up to 60 degree bank turns and falling leaf stalls and other things to show the envelope of the airplane in various configurations. When we finished I put my iPod back in, grabbed a Diet Coke, and took the 172 back to Sheridan.

After lunch I came home to try to enter time sheets for July, but after almost 2 hours I hadn't gotten hardly anywhere. I was so tired that my vision kept blurring and I had to keep re-focusing on what I was doing. I gave up and took a nap, got up and worked more on the time sheets, but I'm still pretty tired. We haven't even unpacked everything just yet.

The rest of my spare time today I put up photos. I ended up putting up seven pages of photos from Oshkosh that are just from me. Steve Tummers was going to send me a dvd of photos he took as well, so I look forward to that too. Like I said, I had 552 photos, so it was hard to choose which 350 to put up. ;) The photos are mostly for my own posterity and are not meant to entertain the entire world, which is a good thing since they wouldn't. But a few of you might enjoy some of them. :)

Kaylee was glad to find her friends on DisneyFairies.com still knew who she was and she spent some quality time playing today...her school starts in 9 days, :(, (I'm going to miss having her around), and life is slowly getting back to normal.
