I don't think anything happened as it was supposed to happen today. :)
I was supposed to fly this morning, and got all the way down there only to be thwarted by low-hanging clouds, only around there, again. I wasn't supposed to fly tomorrow, and now I'll be getting up at 5 a.m. to be gone all day on a flight. It continued all day, yadda yadda. I was supposed to be working on BBQ Bash stuff this afternoon, but instead I had a whole 90 minutes today to do that stuff and get all the billing folded, stuffed, licked, and in the mail, because I then had to go out to Kokomo and enlist Chuck's help in moving the T-6 and the Mustang out of the way so I could fuel up the Baron and move it to another hangar for my Bright and Early Flight tomorrow morning.
I finished that just in time to get Kaylee to ballet/tap, and after that I had a conference call with the SMA Coalition group. Finished that and had to run out to Staples to fax off a request for food donations for the BBQ Bash...
It's a good thing I'm not superstitious. At the airport today, Kaylee started crying when I told her I had a trip tomorrow, and when I asked her what was wrong, she told me that she didn't want anything bad to happen. I asked her what kind of bad, and she said "I don't want you to die!" Well, I don't want to die just yet either, so we are on the same page there. Then as I was leaving, Nathan said "Don't hit a mountain tomorrow." Hey, thanks! I'll try! ;)
Kaylee played Wii for quite awhile this afternoon, Steve's running around like crazy on the Bash still, and that's pretty much the family day...
