Today...well, I did the usual suspect of errands, then ran out to Kokomo Airport to let Duane C (he flew the T-6 at our BBQ Bash for the last couple of years) into Nathan's hanger to pick up something he'd left, and I'd invited him to lunch at Glenndale while he was here. We'll make this a prayer request list--Duane's mom has had a series of strokes and they are currently testing to find out why, so there's one for the list.
We all hit lunch at Glenndale, and it was pretty packed out for a gloomy and rainy day! I left around 2:30 to go pick up Kaylee from school, and she and I hung out here until about 5:30, when Steve got home, and we all headed out to Nathan's house to help move his daughter Holly's stuff into storage units. Prayer #2-Holly has a benign brain tumor, and will be having it removed soon. It's benign, but any time you have brain surgery, it's not exactly a cake walk. She's lost her hearing in one ear, has poor balance, and is going through a lot of weight loss from the tumor.
There was a lot of stuff in there, but we got it done! Headed to pizza king for some supper, and headed home. I got home and realized my cellphone clip was in my pocket in its spot, but my holder and cellphone were GONE. No idea when it came off or where or how the whole thing came off the clip. Greeeeeat.
Prayer #3, my grandma had a malignant tumor removed from her bladder (ouch). She seems to be doing well, but...
Prayer #4, that we don't kill Roadie, who has continued to pee all over our house. Okay, don't pray for that, because I actually want to kill the little rat. This isn't going to work. She's going to be living on the deck, if she's lucky.
My friend Heather just gave birth to a very healthy and large baby boy she named Benjamin, her and her husband's fifth and final child. He's a cutie--congratulations Heather Mike!
Tomorrow Steve is flying with Nathan to Lexington, KY in the Cheyenne, and Kaylee and I are "To Be Determined". :)
Night!
