Wow does my head hurt. It's hurt since I woke up, but I took some meds and it went away--right up to when I took a flight this morning, and ever since my head has been pounding no matter what I've taken. I try not to waste my Imitrex, but if this doesn't let up soon I'll have to go to bed early or take the migraine meds so I can get ready for tomorrow. Anyway...today it was back to life again. Kaylee couldn't hardly get up this morning for school, I was carrying her around to wake her up! I dropped her off, stayed home and worked on some emails, until I had to pack it up, hit the bank, then take a flight. It was a lesson with someone in the C-172, and I found out it would be her last flight, as she headed out to California for college. She even gave me a little fuzzy owl with a Captian Laura Wings pin on it, which was sweet! We flew around and just enjoyed her last flight, and she managed to grease on her last landing for awhile, which is a nice way to end a flight.
Afterwards I grabbed some lunch, picked up Kaylee, and took her over to a friends' house, where she got to do a little play date. They got along very well, had a fun time, and I enjoyed talking with "Grandma" too. We got home in time for some supper, some time to play with Kaylee before putting her to bed, doing dishes, a little computer work, and now me and my headache are going to go lie down for awhile. Oh, I'm also waiting to be able to upload the pictures from the crash and the trip it took home through the backroads. Here are a couple of us taking the plane down the road...
