Soap Wars

Kaylee and I are currently in the midst of a soap war. I have a pretty new smelling Bath & Body Works soap that is "black raspberry vanilla". It's a lovely shade of pink, and it smells good too. So Kaylee keeps sneaking it out of my bathroom and putting it in hers. She'll go to bed and I'll put it back in my bathroom. I get around to looking at some point the next day and my soap is back in her bathroom. Steve tells me to let her have it because it's pink and that's her favorite color, but I don't want to-it's my soap and she has her own! Besides, by now I think we're both having more fun with the soap war than anything else anyway. ;)

Today Kaylee and I went to Wal-Mart. She had $19 burning a hole in her pocket. She got a Mermaid from "Mermadia" and some pink Floam. It came to $19 exactly, and she paid for her own purchase separately from mine. She was slightly disturbed to hand over ALL of her money, but she handled it well, and the cashier went with it and treated her like another customer instead of just a kid, which I appreciated.

The rest of the day we just hung out and spent like a typical Saturday! A little cleaning, a little laundry, a little playing, a little TV (movie actually-Mermadia of course!), a little rest, a little food. Nothing too exciting!
